We are a growing restaurant group seeking a talented, dedicated, and knowledgeable Restaurant Director of Operations to join our team! We truly take care of our people and believe in investing in our teams and giving them the tools to run a successful business. We are an established and GROWING franchise looking for a proven Restaurant Director of Operations. 

Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements

  • 4+ years of multi-unit experience in Casual to Upscale Dining with 3 plus locations
  • Ability to work on your feet with positivity and enthusiasm
  • Able to provide a God-honoring, people-first culture while producing results
  • A natural passion for people development while exhibiting kindness
  • Strong financial acumen and focus on customer service, driving sales and controlling costs
  • Passionate about building a positive company culture and upholding brand standards
  • Big Picture thinker and experienced in promoting company growth
  • Flexible, adaptable, and strong communication skills
  • Need to be tech savvy and strong with POS and Back office system admin
  • Casual Dining Italian background is a plus
