Job Summary
A locally owned, growing restaurant group is seeking a Restaurant Manager for their flagship, seasonal, restaurant on Cape Cod. The restaurant is open April-November and could be a year-round role for the perfect candidate. We are looking for a qualified Kitchen Manager to assist the Executive Chef in daily operations and maintain our standards of operational excellence!

Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Two years of management experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Focused on team development
- Must have full availability for restaurant schedule
- Bar experience required
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and hiring
- Social Media experience is a plus
- Developing managers
- P&L review and cost control
- Prioritize guest satisfaction
- Ensure a safe and positive work environment
- Major presence on the floor with guests
