Job Summary

This Project Architect position offers a positive, self-motivated person a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing business that will require a range of responsibilities including but not limited to space planning, field verification, code interpretation, design development, construction document development, consultant coordination, contract administration, and project close-outs.

Project Architect Responsibilities

  • Provides oversight, instruction, and mentoring to junior staff.
  • Coordination of multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare and coordinate construction documents.
  • Contract administration and project close-outs
  • Provide code interpretation
  • Provide project management and close client interaction.
  • Participation in marketing

Project Architect Requirements

  • Degree in architecture. (preferred)
  • Architecture license. (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial architecture
  • Ability to coordinate multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Ability to prepare and coordinate construction documents.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
