Assistant General Manager Requirements
- Prior experience in high-volume, fast-casual restaurant operations
- Well-versed in local health, safety and sanitation standards
- A positive attitude and ability to think on your feet
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Execute reports using Microsoft Office tools, Word, Excel, etc
- Develop a fun, positive and hard-working staff culture
- Be a mentor to staff and lead by example
