We are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager with experience delivering exceptional food and service in an upscale polished environment.

RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a minimum of 3+ years of senior management experience in the restaurant industry
- You must have a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor
- You must believe in genuine hospitality
- You must have a passion for helping and motivating others
- You must have a lead-by-example mentality
- You must have experience with liquor, beer, and wine
RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will ensure standards of excellence for service and hospitality are met
- You will maintain our positive and supportive environment
- You will assist in hiring and onboarding team members
- You will have involvement with scheduling and training
- You will provide guidance and mentorship to the team
- You will have full financial accountability
