Upscale Dining Sous Chef

Sous Chef is needed for new restaurant opening! Unique location downtown with great company. Lots of growth opportunities in the future!

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality food and service
• Food ordering and controlling food costs
• Staff scheduling and controlling labor costs
• Ability to multitask and get things done efficiently as possible
• Hold staff accountable to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to develop a strong staff by continuously training and coaching

Sous Chef Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a fine-dining or upscale-casual scratch kitchen
• High-volume experience- $3 million-plus
• Understands quality and helps uphold standards at all times
