We are looking to add a driven Assistant General Manager to the Tallahassee team with a team-oriented and culture-focused environment, This is a full-service casual dining brand looking for leaders with hospitality in their DNA!
What the Restaurant Assistant General Manager is responsible for:
- Provide an extraordinary focus on the guest & building strong relationships with them.
- Practices standards of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness.
- Overseeing and improving bar sales
- Overseeing and improving event sales
What is required of a Restaurant Assistant General Manager
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate and stay organized
- Becoming the "Mayor" and a brand ambassador of our brand
