Job Summary
Our client is a fast-growing multi-concept organization with various locations and venues in the state. We are looking to add to our HR Team in order to prepare for our future growth. If you are an accomplished, well-rounded HR Executive with experience overseeing the HR function of companies with multiple locations, we would like to speak with you!
Vice President of Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the company's Chief Human Resources Officer, this position will oversee Learning & Development, HRIS, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and retention.
- Utilize analytics, data, and information to guide the company's people-related decisions and strategy
- Improve HR technology, processes, procedures, and programs
Vice President of Human Resources Requirements:
- A minimum of ten years of progressive HR experience, with at least five years overseeing HRIS
- Experience leading a small HR team
- Previous experience with Paycom is a plus
Vice President of Human Resources Rewards:
- Competitive salary of $135,000 to $160,000 depending on experience
- Annual bonus potential
