Restaurant Manager Requirements

  • Full understanding of opening and closing duties 
  • Great attitude- no Debbie Downers here
  • Ability to create and lead a strong team
  • Full-service restaurant experience
  • Administrative duties will include scheduling, inventories, cost management
  • Experience with hiring and training- New store opening is a plus!
  • Motivate by being hands-on – no office managers
  • Possess a genuine hospitality gene
  • Open availability
