Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities
- Manage all assigned Food and Beverage outlet daily operations, including a Food Truck, Lounge and Bar, Room Service, and event oversight.
- Bring and teach a high level of service that is expected with this unique property
- Develop and manage staff
- Develop, and execute training for staff being onboarded
- Communicate to the hotel operating team and provide details on group needs
- Work with the team to ensure a guest service culture and a luxury environment
Food and Beverage Manager Requirements
- 3 years of hotel food and beverage experience
- Strong financial acumen knowledge of P and L and how to troubleshoot high costs
- Pre-opening and opening experience is key
- Previous experience and certification in food handling, safety, and sanitation.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant experience
