Food and Beverage Manager

Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned Food and Beverage outlet daily operations, including a Food Truck, Lounge and Bar, Room Service, and event oversight.
• Bring and teach a high level of service that is expected with this unique property
• Develop and manage staff
• Develop, and execute training for staff being onboarded
• Communicate to the hotel operating team and provide details on group needs
• Work with the team to ensure a guest service culture and a luxury environment

Food and Beverage Manager Requirements

• 3 years of hotel food and beverage experience
• Strong financial acumen knowledge of P and L and how to troubleshoot high costs
• Pre-opening and opening experience is key
• Previous experience and certification in food handling, safety, and sanitation.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant experience
