Reporting to Director of Nursing, we seek a compassionate and dedicated RN Unit Manager to help lead our nursing team. 

RN Unit Manager RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in creating resident care plans and ensuring they are followed
  • Ensure the nursing unit is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Carry and respond to the on-call phone for increments of 7 days every 4 weeks or as needed

RN Unit Manager REQUIREMENTS:

  • RN / Registered Nurse
  • 3+ years experience in a nursing leadership role
  • A strong understanding of skilled nursing regulations in VA

RN Unit Manager BENEFITS:

  • Competitive base salary ($72,425 to $100,000 DOE) plus bonus
