Our client, a family-owned and run MGA is looking to add a Yacht Claims Manager to its rapidly growing organization.

YACHT CLAIMS MANAGER BENEFITS

YACHT CLAIMS MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ year of yacht claims experience
  • Management experience
  • CPCU or CIC strongly preferred

YACHT CLAIMS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the entire claims process for yacht insurance, ensuring all claims are processed efficiently, accurately, and within compliance standards
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of claims professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and with a high level of professionalism
  • Work closely with underwriters, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless claims process
