We are currently searching for an Airport Project Engineer for a well-established company. The ideal candidates for the Airport Project Engineer role will be responsible for working within a design team framework, sketching, and designing.

Airport Project Engineer Responsibilities:

·        Design of runways, taxiways, aprons, and other airfield facilities. Work typically involves grading, paving, drainage, and other airfield-related work.

·        Develop planning documents, and construction cost estimates, and perform computer-aided design.

·        Prepare and direct design and preparation of technical reports, calculations, project drawings, details & specifications. Review construction shop drawings and construction site visits.

·        Coordinate the project with regulatory agencies and serve as a liaison between clients and agencies, subcontractors, and design team members.

·        Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

Airport Project Manager Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.

·        4+ years of experience, (PE) license preferred

·        Proficient with AutoCAD

·        Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

·        Good verbal and written communication skills.

·        Produce organized, accurate, and professional work products

·        Ability to work independently and in small groups

·        Ability to manage, prioritize, and meet schedule requirements for multiple projects/tasks 

·        We are willing to train talented individuals w/o aviation experience

Airport Project Engineer Compensation & Benefits:

 

·        Salary of $100K – $120K based on experience
