Great opportunity to join a successful team of an established, innovative restaurant group seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Restaurant Manager. Our ideal candidate has a passion for delicious food and creating memorable dining experiences for our loyal and new guests.

Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities & Requirements:  

  • 2+ years high volume upscale Full-Service Restaurant Leadership experience
  • High energy, takes initiative and has a strong sense of urgency
  • Must be passionate about cleanliness and safety
  • Experience with Micros, Paycor, and HotSchedules is a plus
  • Open to working days, nights, and weekends
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Support the restaurant team to execute day-to-day operations with enthusiasm
  • Experience with busy carry-out orders is a plus
  • Experience with payroll and scheduling systems
  • Ability to manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge while promoting culture and values 
  • Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations
