We are currently hiring an experienced and ambitious Chef to oversee two restaurants. Our restaurant company seeks a passionate chef who can work with poise and candor in a professional environment. With the company's growth, there is plenty of room for advancement.
Restaurant Executive Chef Benefits:
– Salary in the 100,000 range
– Bonus of up to 20%
– Paid healthcare, sick time and PTO
Restaurant Executive Chef Responsibilities:
– Our goal is to ensure that all the items on our menu are consistently delicious.
– Directing all teams to prepare and serve food items accurately and timely.
– Our task is to create new food items and recipes.
– One of the main objectives is to ensure that labor and food costs are met within the set goals.
– Monitoring kitchen safety and cleanliness.
– Supervising weekly inventory count.
– Ensure staff upholds leadership behaviors, core values, and priorities.
-Collaborating with employees to exchange creative and innovative concepts and motivations.
– Maintaining open and clear communication with the staff and partners.
Restaurant Executive Chef Qualifications:
– One should possess a complete comprehension of culinary techniques, including their proper application and execution.
-Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
– Excellent knife skills.
– Ability to coach, manage, and direct your team.
