Are you an experienced Trust Officer with a passion for managing individual wealth management accounts? Join our team in San Jose as a Trust Officer, overseeing various trust types while serving as Trustee, Executor, or Agent. Your role will involve fiduciary responsibilities, client relationship management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Trust Officer Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000
- Comprehensive Benefits Package
- Discretionary bonus
Trust Officer Qualifications:
- Mandatory certification: Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in trust administration and estate settlement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong grasp of trust administration principles aligned with state laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is advantageous).
Trust Officer Responsibilities:
- Mitigate risk associated with probate or trust accounts while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Establish a positive company image by engaging with local community and business groups.
- Interpret intricate trust instruments and make informed decisions based on thorough research.
- Manage new account onboarding, setup, and asset transfers.
- Provide recommendations on non-routine fiduciary matters after comprehensive analysis.
