Executive Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum 2+ years experience in a commissary or ghost kitchen
  • Must be a strong, hands-on leader
  • Must be high-energy and motivated
  • Must have a keen eye for detail
  • Must have strong communication and management skills
