Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • 3 – 5 years General Manager experience in fast-casual or full-service restaurants
  • Proficient in all areas of the restaurant operation
  • Must have a proven track record of sales building, people development, and community interaction
  • Hands-on leadership style who loves to lead, develop, and coach their team
  • Experience with successful P&L, quality & cost control results
  • Ability to build a strong team
