Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 3 – 5 years General Manager experience in fast-casual or full-service restaurants
- Proficient in all areas of the restaurant operation
- Must have a proven track record of sales building, people development, and community interaction
- Hands-on leadership style who loves to lead, develop, and coach their team
- Experience with successful P&L, quality & cost control results
- Ability to build a strong team
