Great opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Director of Banquets who is seeking an outstanding company culture, industry-leading benefits, with a strong support structure for a beautiful full-service hotel property in Austin, Texas.
Director of Banquets Compensation:
- Base salary between $95,000 – $105,000
- Comprehensive health and life insurance
- 401k with company match – generous paid time off
- Flexible schedule

Director of Banquets Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Candidates must have experience in catering, banquets, or event management of a large banquet facility of at least 30,000 sq ft.
- Experience managing banquet department with P&L accountability
- Minimum of two years of Banquet management experience
- Passion for coaching and developing your team
