General Manager Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee all restaurant operations, making crucial decisions and upholding company vision
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge and passion for all restaurant products, ensuring exceptional quality
• Regularly communicate with executive leadership, accounting, sales, marketing, and HR departments
• Serve as a role model, fostering teamwork, fairness, and high performance throughout the staff
• Recruit, train, supervise, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring efficient and cohesive operations
• Oversee all financial and administrative duties, including reconciliations and budget management
• Maintain open communication with leadership, promptly addressing issues and suggesting improvements
• Foster a positive working climate, upholding the restaurant's image and standards

General Manager Requirements:

• Preferably a college degree or relevant practical experience
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in upscale dining
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in industry-specific programs and standard software
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
