Accountant Qualifications & Requirements:

Considerable expertise in construction-based accounting, adeptly managing Job Costing, Over/Under-Billing, Pay Applications/Progress Payments, and Work-In-Progress Reporting.
5+ years working as an accountant in the commercial construction industry working with subcontractors
Manage the QuickBooks general ledger to guarantee timely reconciliation of all critical accounts.
Direct budget controls, manage financial analysis, and oversee accounting practices. Proficiently compile and present data for analysis and interpretation by the executive team.
