A QSR franchise group with nearly 20 locations is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a recognized and respected national brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and keeping great guests, motivating employees, and a drive for achieving results. You must have at least 2 years of salaried management experience, preferably in a fast-food concept.

A motivated, self-starter who is flexible and willing to do whatever it takes will be a great success within our group. 

This group takes pride in providing a great culture and taking care of their people!

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • Have 2 years as a salaried Restaurant General Manager
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Possess a people-first mentality
  • Be a hands-on leader
  • Be passionate about training and developing your team
  • Take great care of people, products, and the property
  • Strong drive through experience and results

Restaurant General Manager compensation and benefits:
