We are looking for a District DManager for an automotive parts distributor. Candidates will have a successful track record and leadership experience that includes: multiple stores, operations and P & L, profitable revenue/share expansion, inventory management, TEAM member talent development, and delivering superior customer service.
District Manager Benefits:

District Manager Responsibilities:
- Creative developer and implementor of business operational and revenue growth strategies
- Ensure inventory, vehicles, other physical assets, and expenses generate ROI
- Properly balance financial growth targets via retail, commercial, and key accounts
- Be a visible leader in the eyes of the customer and earn trusted business relationships
- Consistently and effectively manage and communicate operation financial status, forecasts, opportunities, and potential business hurdles
- Coach, teach, and mentor
District Manager Qualifications:
- College degree and applicable industry experience
- 3-5 years of multiple store operational experience
- Financially astute in making P & L analysis-driven business decisions
- A flexible sales solutions-based leader with a deep passion for winning
- Comfortable in being an active (and communicative) member of a leadership team
