Restaurant Shift Supervisor Responsibilities + Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a restaurant or cafe environment
- Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality
- A genuine desire to connect with guests, create relationships, and "plant roots" in a community
- Coffee experience is a plus!
