VP OF OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee Finance Department

Prepare Financials & work closely with Corp Finance Team

• Ensure Compliance with internal policies and Federal and State law

• Oversee all warehouse and logistics operations

• Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and resolving customer complaints quickly

• Work with HR where required and hire, train, coach and support your team.

• Oversee all Facilities management, Fleet management and Health & Safety issues

VP OF OPERATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Management, Finance or closely related discipline preferred.

• Ability to be a part of the company culture and live by the company values

• Exercise Great Leadership abilities

• Be an Agent of Change and of holding people accountable

• Build and influence teams across diverse workforces

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
