Our Local restaurant group is searching for an exceptional General Manager for our upscale dining concept to help take our team to the next level in quality food and service standards with an unerring eye on guest services and team-building. If you are a positive, experienced General Manager with Upscale/Fine Dining experience please apply today!!
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service scratch kitchen environment
- Exposure to sales volumes of at least $6MM annually with staff sizes up to 100 members
- Strong financial acumen and independent leadership abilities, full P&L comprehension, and accountability
- Proven track record of responsible business decisions and ethical business practices
