Requirements for the General Manager Role
- Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a General Manager capacity
- Proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training entry-level team members
- Proven ability to motivate teams in a high-volume setting
- Strong aptitude for cost control and inventory management
