Executive Chef Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Deep passion for Eastern Mediterranean Cuisine and a commitment to healthy options.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing high-volume food and beverage sales, in the 8 million dollar range.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to assemble and lead a creative team.
  • Efficiently manage inventory, including food and beverage supplies, as well as essential equipment.
  • A knack for innovative and experimental cuisine.
