Executive Chef Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Deep passion for Eastern Mediterranean Cuisine and a commitment to healthy options.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume food and beverage sales, in the 8 million dollar range.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to assemble and lead a creative team.
- Efficiently manage inventory, including food and beverage supplies, as well as essential equipment.
- A knack for innovative and experimental cuisine.
