We are a locally-based hospitality group looking for an excellent Service Manager who has a great personality, a focus on guest service, and a track record of team-building in the past. Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- High volume experience of $8MM+ annually
- Hands-on leadership style with a guest-focused mindset
- Excellent Liquor, beer, and wine knowledge along with bar service experience
- Upscale or Fine Dining experience required
- Track record of team-building and past training experience
