General Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities & Duties:
- Hire, train, and develop restaurant staff, as well as other HR functions as needed, including discipline and terminations
- Lead and motivate your team and maintain a high level of ethical business practices
- Engage with guests and set the example for hospitality-driven service
- Oversee scheduling and maintain labor costs within budget
- Maintain restaurant profitability, including minimizing costs and growing sales
- Consistent focus on food quality and brand standards at all times
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as a restaurant General Manager in a high-volume concept focused on service; $4-5 MM+ annual sales
- Exceptional written and verbal communication ability
- Proven history of success in managing financials will full P&L comprehension and responsibility
- Ability to develop and maintain a positive team culture and a supportive work environment that encourages success
- Catering, delivery, and outside sales experience a plus
