We are looking for a passionate Tax/Finance Associate. The Tax/Finance Associate would work closely with the staff personnel to bring fresh, healthy, and delicious food to the consumers.

Tax/Finance Associate Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Tax Compliance Expertise: Strong understanding of State and Federal tax reporting requirements, including comprehensive knowledge of US laws concerning credit control and income/property taxes.
- Financial Administration Proficiency: Proven experience in maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems for financial transactions, including coordinating property tax information and posting credit card transactions accurately.
- Credit Control Skills: Demonstrated effective credit control skills, including the collection of overdue debt via various communication channels, such as telephone and email, alongside sending reminders and statements for outstanding payments.
- Financial Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to statutory state and federal reporting and compliance issues by liaising with an outsourced payroll agency and local accountants. Assist in the preparation of annual audits and facilitate the gathering of necessary information.
- Credit Management and Reporting: Maintain detailed records in Business Central to manage credit effectively, providing accurate cash forecasting to the UK office. Responsible for aged debt reporting and maintaining debtor days at agreed-upon levels.
