We are looking for a great, polished, Upscale Executive Hotel Chef with Country Club or Hotel experience filled with passion to provide an elevated guest experience! Must have strong P&L knowledge.
Candidate MUST have:
- Background with upscale catering at a very high volume, 20 Million +

- Must be extremely organized
- Lead a team, holding them accountable at every step of the way
- Must be able to build sales while controlling costs
- Great tenures 3+ years
