Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Spearhead a team of dedicated salaried managers and hourly supervisors, overseeing approximately 100 employees per location. Your role will be pivotal in recruiting, retaining, and empowering this team.
• Training and Development: Foster a culture where guest satisfaction, team member engagement, and continuous learning and improvement are paramount.
• Operational Excellence: Drive profitable operations by astutely managing financial statements and budgets. Please ensure each restaurant excels in food and beverage service, cleanliness, safety, inventory control, and efficient processes.
• Guest Service Focus: Place guest satisfaction at the forefront of all operational decisions and strategies.
• Financial Management: Maintain rigorous control over financial assets and records, ensuring accurate reporting and cash control.
• Compliance: Adhere to all human resource policies and legal requirements, ensuring proper staffing and timely documentation.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
• Proven Experience: No more than five years in a GM or multi-unit leadership role within a high-volume (over $5 million) upper casual dining group.

Requirements:

• Flexibility in Travel: Travelable between locations, including occasional overnight stays.
• Availability: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
