Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Benefits & Compensation
- ALL WORK HOURS PAID AT SAME HOURLY RATE (billable, non-billable, training, etc); client cancellations are supplemented by training hours

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Supervise and train BTs and RBTs through the implementation of BIPs.
- Band together with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure that children are receiving comprehensive and coordinated services.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary modifications to BIPs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy
