- Experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurants
- Craft cocktail and wine Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Meticulous attention to the guest's needs
Restaurant General Manager-Fine Dining Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle concerns
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
