Our innovative technology is designed to revolutionize the tax services sector by simplifying routine tasks and delivering tailored, precise, and swift tax solutions.
Senior Tax Manager Responsibilities:
- Stay abreast of the latest tax regulations and offer authoritative advice on complex tax matters.
- Scrutinize intricate tax returns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal tax positions before filing.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for the tax team.
- Conduct meetings with high-profile or complex clients.
- Contribute to the development and design of tax models based on current regulations and strategies.
- Evaluate and validate existing tax software.
Senior Tax Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a licensed CPA or Tax Attorney.
- Extensive experience working with S-Corps, partnerships, and individuals.
- Highly preferred: Professional Services, Technology, and Financial Services industry experience.
- Highly preferred: Private Equity and Venture Capital experience.
