We are a well-established NYC based group expanding to DC and searching for a strong Chef de Cuisine who has a proven track record of running high-volume restaurants in French cuisine.  If you are a creative chef with a passion for amazing food and great people, please apply today for immediate consideration!

Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:

·      Minimum of five years of experience in a Chef de Cuisine capacity for a similar caliber concept

·      Must have experience in French Cuisine

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, or a similar subject strongly preferred

·      Extensive knowledge of all stations in the kitchen

·      Desire to ensure only the highest quality product and consistency is produced

·      Solid understanding of financials (costing menus, budgeting, P&L, etc)

·      Ability to work a flexible schedule

·      Experience managing kitchen team (hire, train, supervise, coach, evaluate and council)

·      Ability to oversee purchasing, and work closely with vendors
