Upscale Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and feedback
  • Ensure the highest level of service to our guests
  • Run day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Staff scheduling

Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience in a fine-dining or upscale-casual restaurant
  • High-volume experience
  • Understands quality and helps uphold standards
  • Hands-on leadership mentality
