Our client is seeking a Resort Operations Staff Accountant for their upscale luxury golf resort on the Nature Coast of Florida. If you have the necessary experience and want the opportunity to work at a world-class luxury golf resort – apply today!
Resort Operations Staff Accountant – Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and posting all invoices (AP&AR)
- Ensure proper coding and approvals for all invoices and POs
- Assist with entering invoices into the system
- Manage accruals, pre-payments, payroll, and petty cash journals
- Assist Sr. Accounting team with month-end accounting and reconciliations, audit prep, etc.
Resort Operations Staff Accountant – Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience
- Proven knowledge of accounting software and systems
- Highly proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Luxury resort experience is a plus!
