Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead, train, and manage FOH & BOH teams
  • Ensure the location is operating to the highest level of safety protocols
  • Oversee financials, inventory, costs and drives revenue
  • Uphold the integrity of brand standards and company culture
  • Occasional travel to support different restaurant locations

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of General Manager experience in full-service or fast-casual restaurants
  • Tech-savvy: must be comfortable using third-party tech platforms
  • Must have excellent tenure and clear career progression, no less than 2-3 years in each position
  • Passionate about food and experience with scratch kitchen concepts are ideal
  • Adaptability and flexibility, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong leadership skills; strong financial skillset
  • Desire to grow your career in hospitality with a great group
