What You'll Bring & What You'll Do:
- Minimum 3-5 years as a Sushi Chef in an upscale concept
- Minimum 3-5 years in a hospitality leadership role
- Minimum 3-5 years in CDC or Executive Sous role
- Create compelling and innovative menu offerings
- Stay current with global dining trends
