We are seeking a dynamic and talented leader to join our team as a Senior Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our construction projects from inception to completion. We take pride in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Come join our team!
Senior Construction Supervisor Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide individuals
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, solve problems, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with ERM systems, Microsoft Office software, construction software, and tools
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Supervisor
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, OR 15+ years of construction management-related experience
Senior Construction Supervisor Benefits
- Compensation ranges from $70,000 – $110,000 DOE
