General Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- At least 3 years of fine dining General Manager experience
- Sommelier certification is a plus
- Proven ability to meet and exceed set budgets
- An authentic passion for food, wine and hospitality
- Treat the restaurant like it's yours, own all aspects of management, P&L, budgeting, etc.
- Be a hands-on leader who hires, trains and develops a strong service team
