RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years as a GM in an upscale dining concept
- Thrives in a very high volume environment
- Experienced managing a unionized team
- Stay up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
- Manage staff, P&L and analyze/manage F&B finances
- High volume hotel restaurant experience is preferred
