We are currently looking for a Director of Operations to join our growing company and team! We are looking for strong leaders to lead our teams and ensure operations.

Director of Operations Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to VP of Operations
• Oversee all locations and operations within the company
• Uses effective and inspiring leadership to ensure all company's protocols and standards are met
• Work with management teams at each location including budgeting, forecast, sales, and team environment
• Driven through accomplishments, strong entrepreneurial work ethic

Director of Operations Requirements:

• At least 10+ yrs of multi-unit director position or Regional Manager
• Worked in upscale or fast casual concepts
• Passionate about the industry, fun working environment and positive results oriented leader
• Must be ok with travel
• Spanish is a plus!
