Exciting Opportunity: Regional Director of Operations for a Growing Hotel Management Company

We are a dynamic and expanding hotel management company seeking an experienced and committed Regional Director of Operations to join our team.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in regional management, particularly in Economy and Budget Extended Stay hotels.
  • Willingness and readiness to travel frequently.

Your Role:

As our Regional Director of Operations, you will be:

  • Overseeing the operations of all hotels within our portfolio.
  • Working closely with General Managers and management teams to enhance guest satisfaction and team member engagement while ensuring the profitability of each property.
  • Supervising between 8 to 15 hotel properties, maintaining high standards of service and quality.
