Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Able to manage all day parts of the restaurant
- Need to teach and foster an environment of trust
- Great working knowledge of P&L
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of General Manager experience with the same company
- Fast Casual Background preferred, but will also consider Casual Dining
- Must have some experience in the kitchen
- Ability to train your employee to reach new levels
