Bar Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as a Bar Manager leading a team in a high-volume venue
  • Calm under pressure and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable and dedicated to high food and beverage quality, safety, and sanitation practices

Bar Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Bar operations;
  • Proven leadership and motivation skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, proper inventory practices, and cost management
  • Maintain an upbeat, energetic presence and role model excellent guest service
  • ServSafe Certification and ABC Certification are required.
