**Maintenance Supervisor Wanted!**

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead a team of up to 5 Maintenance Techs
  • Assist with standby emergency "on-call" schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage
  • Oversee stock control and utilization of maintenance materials
  • Schedule subordinate maintenance personnel and work order requests, prioritizing maintenance tasks
  • Assist the Site Manager in scheduling annual apartment inspections

Qualifications for Maintenance Supervisor Candidates:

  • Full-time maintenance experience or related field experience
  • Formal training or experience in Carpentry, Light plumbing work, Light electrical work, painting, refurbishing, and cleaning
  • HVAC Certification is required
