**Maintenance Supervisor Wanted!**

Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
- Lead a team of up to 5 Maintenance Techs
- Assist with standby emergency "on-call" schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage
- Oversee stock control and utilization of maintenance materials
- Schedule subordinate maintenance personnel and work order requests, prioritizing maintenance tasks
- Assist the Site Manager in scheduling annual apartment inspections
Qualifications for Maintenance Supervisor Candidates:
- Full-time maintenance experience or related field experience
- Formal training or experience in Carpentry, Light plumbing work, Light electrical work, painting, refurbishing, and cleaning
- HVAC Certification is required
