Restaurant General Manager Requirements

  • Strong inspirational leadership style
  • Prior Restaurant Management Experience
  • High-energy personality and Can-Do attitude
  • Teamwork – shoulder-to-should leadership style
  • Ability to execute consistently in a high-volume setting

Restaurant General Manager Duties

  • Train new staff
  • Participate in service and maintain a strong floor presence
  • Lead weekly manager meetings
  • Create memorable guest experiences that will inspire return visits
  • Manage all areas of profit and loss
